Development Centre of Salo Region is a specialists' organisation owned by eleven municipalities.

The Centre is responsible for:

• promoting regional development and co-operation
• being an advisor to business life
• producing services for its member municipalities and
• acting as a regional lobbyist.

The Development Centre carries out projects which will ensure the high level of regional services in the future, create opportunities for successful entrepreneurship and generate regional well-being.
